What type of haircut would be best for me?

i currently have side bangs, but they're really long. i was going to go back to the hair stylist's and get my bangs cut, but then i was wondering if i should go for a new look altogether.

i don't know what type of haircut would suit me best though, so i'm wondering if anyone out there knows what might suit me best.

i'm asian, black hair (no highlights), i have a rather round face (it's mostly the cheeks), and i have long, layered hair with long side bangs. oh, and i'm 14, so anything suitable for that age group would be great.

i sort of want to get rid of my layers and cut my hair short also. what do you think?

oh, and pictures would be great also (of the haircut).

since you're thinking about cutting it short how about a victoria beckham/rihanna style haircut? my friend who's also asian told me that i think all asian girls have very straight natural hair which would make managing this hair style SO much easier?

Get a short cut is a good idea for a round face.

Layers are just magic.

Add some layers around your cheak bone area to make your face look longer.

Keep your side swept bangs, since there always in style.

And just to be totally diffrent add some carmel highlights.

I think you should get razored side swept bangs and long layers...*Keep your hair long!* Then buy a 1 1/2 inch curing iron and just curl your hair...It looks super pretty! Sort of like those Victoria secret models...Then Leave your bangs straight and *TA-DAH* Also if it's possible try getting some low/high lights...=D

I always go to a salon I trust and I ask the stylist what she thinks. Whenever I used to pick something out and take a pic in - I'd always end up disappointed. They're trained to know what suits you so I've never been let down when I consult them instead.
