I am bored to tears of my hair!?

ok i am so done with my hair right now. i do not think it necessarily looks bad but i want a change, any ideas? plus how do i find a good stylist? i live in tn and every time i get my hair cut (no matter where) it turns out "country", thanks in advance. i will give out best answer some time this evening.
