tomorrow im going in to get my hair cut. my hair is very long and i would like to keep the length but get a scene hairstyle. for example im thinking about getting short bangs and shorter layers on top. if you know what i mean how do you tell a stylist that and get what you want?

Try and find a nice picture of a style you like on the internet.. try google image searcher or yahoo image.... then print it out and take it to your hair dresser.. or maybe look through a hair magazine in the hairdresser shop and show her what you like

i got pretty "scene" hair.
i cut my hair recently.
my layers are pretty short, and i volumize them to make it look scene,my bangs are swoopy and i like them a lot.
i think you should do a lot of short layers and thinning it out always helps too. :]

yea what the second girl said i wnat scene hair as well i was told to get lots of latyer and short ones at the top but make sure tehr razord cut lot and lot of layers
